Bike Ride

We just got a new bike for me (a Mother's day present I guess?) partly so I could join Jon on his bike rides and partly because the child carrier we bought for Logan doesn't fit on Jon's bike.

We decided to meet Jenn/Robert and Kim/Molly at the downtown Campbell Boogie on the Bayou festival this morning - taking my new bike and Logan's seat out for a test ride.

It was friggin' hot (we're suffering thru another heat wave this weekend), even at 9:30am! But we had a blast and more importantly, Logan loved it! So much, in fact, that he got upset when the ride was over and we had to take him out. I guess that's better than him not liking the bike ride at all, right? :)
