As the boys grow out of their toys, and/or just don't play with some anymore, I move them to the garage "staging area" before Jon finds them a new home - generally the Salvation Army but lately he's been giving away many of our nicer sets of toys to a coworker who's got a little one year old boy.
Yesterday, that family invited us to a birthday party for their just-turned-one boy Henry, and we brought a bunch more toys to hand down.
The cool thing is, Logan is starting to learn and understand my process of giving our unused toys away. Now, he likes to walk around the house, pick out a toy that hasn't been getting any use (often times his brother's toy!) and inform me he's going to put it in the garage to give away to other smaller kids. I love that! :)
